How much is the shipping? 

Shipping prices include packaging and vary by territory. You can find each product's shipping price in the checkout process.

Orders to USA include tariffs (applied on the checkout). The orders from the rest of the countries that do not belong to European Union do not include duties or taxes. Fees (if applied) will be due upon receipt. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

When will I receive my Spezial Edition? 

You can find each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and on the checkout process. Times are estimated by the shipping companies and are calculated from the day the order is sent. Depending on the workload, it may take more than one day before dispatch. Also, remember estimated times count "days" as "working" days only.  

All the shipments include a tracking number.
