Graduated from the National School of Plastic Arts (UNAM, Mexico) in Visual Arts, Trasher began his technical and aesthetic development by painting graffiti and experimenting with various techniques and trends in contemporary art.
Trasher's work draws from pop art, comic, lowbrow, skate culture and neotraditional tattoos. Thematically, he focuses on pre-Hispanic Mexican culture, esotericism, magic and urban legends and the aesthetics of death.
He has presented his work in public and private spaces in Mexico and abroad, such as The Living Gallery (New York), Toy Art Gallery (Los Angeles), Montana Gallery (Tokyo), Mexican Embassy in Japan (Tokyo), Sakura Gallery (Paris), Besart The River Museum (Barcelona) and has developed projects for brands such as Mini Cooper, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Disney and Riot Games, among others.
